@bysophialee posted this recipe on TikTok months ago, and I have been obsessed with it ever since. It is the perfect for a Sunday afternoon snack or appetizer for a large event. Every time I make it someone asks me for the recipe, and even though it's not my own, I wanted to post it somewhere that I would remember and be able to access quickly instead of scrolling though TikTok trying to find her video to share. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette (or more--depending on how many you are feeding)
  • 1 package of goat cheese
  • 1 package of ricotta cheese
  • 1 package of mascarpone cheese
  • fresh bruschetta
  • balsamic glaze (for drizzle)
  • honey (for drizzle)

directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Slice baguette into thin slices and place on a baking sheet
  3. Toast the sliced baguette in the oven for 5 minutes
  4. While the bread is toasting, mix goat cheese, ricotta, and mascarpone in a small bowl
  5. Once the bread is toasted spread a thin layer of cheese mixture onto each slice
  6. Top with a spoonful of fresh bruschetta
  7. Place back in the oven for 6 minutes
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey
  9. Enjoy! Or take it to a party and impress all of your friends ;)

note:

This recipe makes a LOT of cheese mixture, so feel free to half or even quarter the amount of cheese you use depending on how many people you will be serving!
